In keeping with the recent theme that's developed here, of springtime and newborn animals, I thought I'd share just one of PW's recent photos of a newborn calf on their place in Oklahoma. Their cattle are a Hereford/Brahma cross, I believe, bred to withstand the heat and humidity of southern summers and to take advantage of their mild winters.
