i'd never photographed a carnival before, and i don't usually even care to go to them, but last night i went to the county fair rodeo short go with scott and friends jamie and nick, and when we walked out of the grandstand the midway was all lit up, and i snapped a few photos on my small red camera.
if i had known how easy it was to capture the bright colorful lights of the rides, i might have taken my big camera and put some effort into it.
so now i'm kind of looking forward to state fair, and maybe spending a little time in the evenings - if i'm there that late - wandering around the midway. aren't the colors pretty?
